If you tell a little about the National Park, it was founded in the year 1939. Now it is home to the largest remnant Atlantic forest of Brazil. The Park protects a rich diversity of flora and fauna, some species of which are endangered. Some of them are the Jaguar, Puma, broad-snouted Caiman. From plants is a harpy eagle, peroba rosa, ariticum and many others. From 1986 onwards the Park was nominated as world natural heritage by UNESCO (World Natural Heritage Site by UNESCO) and now Argentina and Brazil jointly are responsible for the preservation of this heritage. Waterfalls are one of the wonders of the world.
The very name of the Iguaçu River translates as “big water” (Y-, “water”, “River”, “big-Ûasú). The river stretches for 1320 km in western direction, and reaches its mouth in the city of Foz do Iguacu, which borders with Paraguay and Argentina. Iguazu falls appeared about 150 million years ago and nowadays consist of 275 waterfalls. The average annual water flow Iguazu is 1413 m3/s. The largest stream falls on October-2506 m3/s, and the smallest for April-1326 m3/s.
How much is a ticket to the Iguazu National Park
